1. About this notice
FormalizationOS is a GTCX platform for community participation. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit the site and use community profiles. For questions or privacy requests, contact privacy@gtcx.trade.
We use information to provide and protect the site, verify access, support participation and respond to requests. Creating a profile does not itself admit you to a consortium or make your profile a public listing.
2. Information you share
A community profile asks for your name, email address, country and participation type. You may also share an organization, interests and a contact preference. Use the profile only for information you are comfortable sharing with GTCX; do not submit identity documents or other sensitive information.
We use your email to send a one-time sign-in code and associate you with your profile. Your profile can be used by the FormalizationOS team to understand how you wish to participate. We do not publish it as a member directory.
3. Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the service, stores account and profile records, and sends verification emails. It processes information needed to operate and protect the service; requests may be processed internationally. The site also loads some technical assets from Webflow and Amazon CloudFront.
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Security systems may process network and request information to prevent abuse. If you save a local preview draft, it stays in your browser until removed or site data is cleared; others using that browser may be able to see it.
4. Your choices and contact
When community profiles are available, you can sign in to review and update your details or delete your account and associated profile. We keep account and profile information while needed to provide the service or until you delete it, subject to applicable obligations.
After deletion, earlier database states may remain in Cloudflare recovery backups for up to 30 days. Security and service records may be retained separately. We will review and update this notice as our services and data practices change.
