Collective bodies form the RTA class: consortiums, associations and cooperatives organizing shared purpose, representation and governance. Existing groups retain their structures; new collectives prepare founding arrangements appropriate to their local context.
Trading groups form the RTG class. Buyer groups and trading houses coordinate commercial participants, clarify representation and organize counterparties, activities and records for organizational review.
Operations form the RTO class. Operators connect people, sites and activities through accountable responsibilities, relevant permissions and records that support review of their operating context.
Service providers form the RTS class. Laboratories, inspectors, logistics providers and advisors describe their scope, personnel and qualifications, contributing capabilities and evidence to programme reviews.
