1. About FormalizationOS, the information we collect and your privacy choices
FormalizationOS is a GTCX platform for community participation. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the website or create a profile. It covers account access, profile information and the choices available to you. For questions, contact privacy@gtcx.trade.
We use information to operate and protect the website, verify access to accounts, maintain community profiles and respond to requests. A profile introduces your role and interests to GTCX. It does not admit you to a consortium, create an organization or establish verified identity. Profiles are private rather than public directory entries. Any later programme review, service relationship or formal admission requires its own explanation of the information needed and the people responsible.
2. Information you provide through profiles
Community profiles ask for your name, email address, country and participation type. Organization, interests and contact preference are optional. Avoid identity documents, financial records and sensitive details in these fields.
We use your email to send a one-time code and associate your account with your profile. Verification confirms access to that email address, rather than legal identity or membership. Your profile helps the FormalizationOS team understand how you want to participate. A contact preference records whether you are open to being contacted; it does not make your profile public. Please provide information you are authorized to share and keep your profile details accurate when your circumstances or representative responsibilities change over time.
3. How information supports access and service delivery
Cloudflare hosts the website and authentication service, stores account and profile records in D1, and sends verification emails. Requests may be processed internationally. The website also loads some technical assets from Webflow and Amazon CloudFront. These providers process information needed to deliver and protect their services. We do not publish the information you enter as a public member directory.
A session cookie maintains account access for up to seven days. Verification codes expire after five minutes and are stored as hashes. Sessions include network details for security.
4. Keeping your information, managing accounts and requesting help
Sign in with your verified email to review and update your details or delete your account and associated profile. We retain account and profile information to provide the service until you delete it, subject to applicable obligations and the recovery periods described below. Some actions require a recent sign-in to protect your account. The GTCX team may access records for service administration and participation follow-up. Your profile remains private; choosing to be contacted does not authorize a public listing or grant access to other participants’ accounts or their information.
After deletion, earlier database states may remain in Cloudflare recovery backups for up to 30 days. Expired codes, sessions and request counters are cleared daily. Cloudflare may retain separate service, security and operational records under its own policies. Messages in your inbox remain subject to your email provider’s retention practices.
To ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights, email privacy@gtcx.trade. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
